The Vision is – To be a major centre of education, with the Motto – “Not WORD but DEED”.
The college is managed by KROS Education Society based at Kohima.
KROS College is Affiliated to Nagaland University and started its Academic Session from 2010 – 2011.
On completion of the 6th Academic year, the college was assessed by a three member NAAC Peer Team in 2017 under the Chairmanship of 1) Prof. Bishnu Charan Barick, Former Vice Chancellor, Sambalpur University, Orissa, 2) Prof. Jagadeesha, Mysore as Co-ordinator and 3) Dr. Vivek Kohli, Haryana as member. After observing all formalities, the college was Accredited ‘B’ Grade and awarded 2.22 CGPA. This is incredible and will remain historic in the annals of KROS College.
Quality is what we concentrate upon and all activities of the college are student oriented. For this, we have the best faculty team who are academically proficient and multi skilled..
Future plans of the college comprises in-ter a-li-a a) Introduction of Science Wing b) Construction of Multipurpose Hall c) Skill Development Programmes d) Construction of Playground etc. which poses a big yet interesting challenge. To accommodate the schemes, the adjoining area of 6 Acres of the beautiful plot is ready for its utilization in the interest of posterity.
