On 8th March, 2022, KROS College celebrated International Women’s Day, which was organized by the Women Committee of KROS College. A powerful and motivating speech was delivered by Mrs. Meripeni Zares Ezung, Additional State Protocol Officer, Nagaland. She spoke about how gender bias is real, how women are treated in the society and how those biases can be changed. Gifts were distributed to all the women present in the programme. The President KCSC, recited an inspiring poem on the theme, “Breaking the Bias”, while Marienla from 2nd Semester empowered the crowd with her song, Ashes.
