KROS College under the initiative of Kohima Municipal Council and Kohima Village Students Union joined the Save Dzüvürü Campaign which is basically to clean the river Dzüvürü from the waste disposed from nearby businesses and homes. This initiative came into force after Kohima which was once praised for its scenic beauty and close knit community was deemed the second most unliveable city in India by Ease of Living Index, MoHUA, GOI 2018. Altogether 28 volunteers from the college participated in the campaign.
